Objective of the Scheme
The primary aim of WOS-C is to:

Training Details
- Duration: 1 year

Hands-on training is arranged through selected Coordination Centres.
Financial Benefits (Monthly Fellowship)
Selected candidates receive a monthly fellowship based on qualification:
- ₹35,000 per month – Ph.D. (Basic/Applied Sciences), MD or equivalent
- ₹30,000 per month – M.Phil / M.Tech / M.Pharm / M.VSc or equivalent
- ₹25,000 per month – M.Sc (Basic/Applied Sciences) / MBBS / B.Tech or equivalent
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Women Scientist Scheme-C, the applicant must:

- Be aged between 27 and 45 years
- Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- Master of Science (M.Sc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent

- Women holding permanent employment positions are not eligible to apply
