Through this recruitment drive, IOCL aims to fill 394 Non-Executive vacancies for Junior Engineering Assistant-IV and Junior Quality Control Analyst posts across multiple refineries in India.

Educational Qualification
Post-wise qualifications include:
- 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering disciplines
- B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Industrial Chemistry
- 10+2 with Sub-Officer Course and Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (for Fire & Safety)
Candidates must have passed from a recognized Indian Institute or University with the minimum prescribed percentage.
